Same. 8 months old and that guy figured out how to pull down door handles, use his paw on the bottom of the door to pull open unlatched doors, and also pull open drawers and cabinets.

My cat is the same XD She even opens file drawers, the kind where you have to push a little lever before pulling. Just so she can empty the contents onto the floor.

Lol Grandma teasing Nishimura's father was so funny, I guess he's experiencing the first time there could be a romantical development for his daughter. I think it might be too early to be concerned but I guess that's just the nature of fathers. He also looked more good looking than I expected without glasses, it changes his appearance a lot.

It's sad that Takada burst into tears upon realizing that he might have been offending Nishimura this entire time, but him feeling like that is just proof that he didn't have that kind of intention and Nishimura is aware of it.

I didn't like how Nishimura called herself a replacement for her mother, I don't think that's what one should feel about the death of their parent or anyone else for that matter. I don't think any mother would want their daughter to feel that way either.

Maybe they say replacement in meaning that they're splitting image of each other but still it's pretty bad to say lol

In regards to Akane seeing her self as a replacement for her mom, depending on the situation and how her family handles it, it might be good or bad, but in this case I think it means that Akane, her mom, and the rest of her family are still connected and love each other.

I literally screamed when Takada showed up with Kuro. The moment Takada realized that he is actually talking with Nishimura. Man, that took you some time. What surprised me was that he’d lived in the neighborhood. “It’s like it was a fate!”

It’s quite sad to find out that Nishimura’s mom had died. But it’s nice that Nishimura “was able to introduce her mom to a friend”. After all that time, Takada’s realized that he actually said some things that were not nice. Well, not like Nishimura minded that.
In any case, I’m glad the episode ended with the two of them holding hands. I wonder how the story will go from now on.

I'm still not sure he fully realized what was going on. It occurred to him that it could have been hurtful (despite his ignorance) and was thus a mean thing to say. However, I'm not sure he realizes the others were intentionally saying it to be hurtful. He may get back to class and start asking "don't you realize that could be hurtful?" while trying to inform the classmates to not make mistakes.

The way Nishimura kept talking how she was a replacement for her mother and how her mother died after giving birth to her, Takada realized that calling her The Grim Ripper sounded like she caused her mother's death.

yeah i hope he doesnt end up hating n cussing at all his other classmates(less hino) for teasing akane.it might be true theyre being mean,but making enemies with everyone isnt gonna sit well.so far he got on well by reversing their insults into praises n he should continue to do so.

Sadistic kids that didn't know will just thank him for extra material for teasing/insults. Even if no one does that, he'd still be out there airing Nishimura's private life, which is a huge breach of trust in my opinion.

Yeah. They’re kids. Empathy is something that has to be learned while narcissism comes natural. Imagining a class that already has a bullying issue wouldn’t double down upon getting new material is rather optimistic.
